Great value for money - spacious rooms, spotless and seamless check in/out process. The staff were really accomodating to us arriving very late after a long drive. The rooms felt like a little lodge and were private and comfortable - each had a car port and also addition of outdoor seating which would be lovely in better weather.

I was so surprised when I arrived here. It was so much more than I expected. I had a sore leg and the owner was incredibly kind to me and gave me her mobile and told me to call her any time of the night if I needed her. She made sure the heater is on in my room and that I was comfortable. The room was so comfortable and cozy and they had Netflix and other channels on the TV. Thank you so much and considering the price I paid it was by far the best experience I've had in a long time.

Great spot. We wrapped up the great ocean road trip here. The beds were fantastic and the facilities such as the bathroom also brilliant. Had a great yarn with the lady who ran the place and told her about some wifi issues and it sounded like she was keen to get straight onto it which was hugely appreciated.

- The room was completely clean. - The bed was very comfortable. - The water pressure was solid in both shower and bath. - We visited on a pair of 36 degree+ days and the aircon was more than powerful enough to keep cool.

Spacious room; enough and more. Even the toilets had enough room. Well equipped with all items such as cutlery and crockery, supplied in enough numbers; microwaves etc,. Tennis court.

We booked very last minute and received a warm welcome from a lovely lady on reception. Our room was large with a huge double bed. I liked being able to make a hot drink with the provided tea/coffee and wash up properly afterwards.

The room for 3 Adults was very clean, comfortable and spacious...The Colonial Village is well spread out allowing for privacy amongst all the guests...I was attended to by a very friendly Lady on arrival who was extremely helpful with my other queries regarding the town. .Definitely recommend staying here...True value for money

Area was a quite place. Liked the space in the rooms. Bathroom was spacious. Enough beds and chairs. Had a little kitchen space with utensils. Electric blankets( we did not use), and overall a neat place for your stay.

easy check in, easy check out. friendly reception & cleaning staff. stayed 2 nights and had everything I needed, except a dishcloth could have been provided. I didn’t want to use a facecloth for the dishes. there was a tea towel to dry with & dish liquid provided just missing a dishcloth. room 12.
